Refund policy

RETURNS 

You can then return the products within 14 days of receiving your order and get the refund from the original payment method. Simply send us a message at our email address joyouscrafts@outlook.com and we will initiate the return process:)

Please attach the following information with the return package, otherwise we cannot process your return without these information.

Reason for return:

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

* Returned items must not be damaged and have no visible signs of wear or use.
* Due to hygiene issue, earrings cannot be returned.

The return shipment is at your own expense, and is at your own risk, if the return reason is not for quality issue. Make sure that the products are packed extra well and recommend to ship with Track & Trace, otherwise we can no longer do anything with the return if the products are damaged or lost.

Unfortunately, direct exchange is not possible for us. You are very welcomed to place a new order if you want to receive another product.

 

WARRANTY

All items come with one month (30 days) warranty. We will help to fix the item or refund to you where applicable.

The products should not break under normal use. Please contact us by email attach with your order number and a photo of the broken product. We will help you the as soon as possible.
