Shipping policy

After placing your order, you will receive an email from Joyous Crafts with your order confirmation.

(Please check the Spam or Junk Email folder if you have not received the mail.)

We send worldwide by PostNL with a Track & Trace code . With the T&T code we can always trace where your package is and help if something went wrong. When we have packed your package and it has been transferred to logistics company, you will receive an email about your package status and the Track & Trace code.

The products that are in stock will usually be sent out within 3 day after receipt of payment (due to special circumstances, such as busy periods and holidays, bad weather, strikes etc. ) . The products of which are order to make, will be sent out apx. in 10 days. Being a one woman show I do my best to respect this deadline but in the eventuality of a delay I beg you to be patient. Any retardment will be communicated.

The shipping costs are €3.95 in the Netherlands and €6 - €12 outside of the Netherlands depending on the locations. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically after the delivery address is filled in. Please note that any customs costs incurred will be on your accounts for those packages that to be delivered outside of the Netherlands.

Pay attention! Please make sure your address is correct, otherwise once the packages are sent, we unfortunately can no longer do anything for you.
